Dahl Custom Homes and Construction LLC is owned and operated by Jason Dahl.  As a third generation master carpenter Jason has invested over 30 years in the industry starting as a laborer and carpenter’s helper and learning his way up to designing and building new homes from the ground up.

Jason spent nearly 20 years in Tampa Florida working on very customized projects.  There, he earned the reputation of being a very talented, creative and trustworthy carpenter/builder.  He completed everything from custom new builds, to $80,000 wine cellars to building movie sets for a feature length film.

After decades of custom builds and renovations Jason has changed the company model/vision to designing and building high quality spec homes.  As he designs he focuses on function and beauty while working to incorporate the luxury custom features that he has come to be known for, such as wood beams, crown molding and real wood cabinets.

Jason Dahl maintains licensing in both Florida as a Certified General Contractor (Lic. # CGC 1516878) and in Tennessee as a Building Contractor (Lic. # 76403)
